Light path adjustment method:
1. Turn on the machine according to the normal startup sequence. Note that the chiller must be turned on, and the next step can be performed when the real-time temperature of the chiller is consistent with the set temperature.
2. Remove the protective cover of the laser marking machine, and be careful not to wipe it; turn off the laser and Q switch power supply according to the normal shutdown method.
3. Observe the red light output and feedback at this time with a dimming double-frequency film or white paper, and the red light indicator has the roundest and brightest spot. If there are multiple red light spots, adjust the red light indicator to each adjustment nut of the beam expander in turn until the requirements are met.
4. Turn on the laser power and adjust the current to the range of 14~15A, preferably not more than 15A. Use a dimming frequency doubler to observe whether the laser output is the roundest and brightest spot in front of the laser.
5. Place the frequency doubler on the beam expander and observe whether there is laser output. Wow, slowly adjust the adjusting nuts and adjust them in order until the brightest and roundest spot is achieved.
6. Decrease the current slowly, observe the intensity of the light spot of the frequency doubling film, and adjust the adjusting nut in turn until the light spot is the roundest and brightest.
7. Repeat step 6 for the banknote 4-6 times to get the roundest and brightest spot. At this time, the current should be less than 10A, preferably not more than 12A.
8. Place the frequency doubler on the workbench. At this time, the workbench should be at the focus position (approximately 22-22, 5cm away). Observe the intensity of the laser spot. You can slightly increase the current to fine-tune the adjustment nut to get the most Up to the strong spot. Note that this step is fine adjustment.
9. Turn on the Q switch and perform a trial engraving. (The trial engraving parameter is the normal marking parameter.) If the light intensity meets the requirements, the adjustment is complete.
10. Install the protective cover.
Main points of daily operation and maintenance of laser marking machine:
1. The marking parameters of the laser marking machine, the current should not exceed 20A, so as to avoid the laser burns each lens.
2. Before the laser marking machine works, the chiller must be turned on and wait for the real-time temperature of the chiller to be consistent with the set temperature, and the difference should not exceed 0, 5°C.
3. The circulating water of the chiller is replaced once a week and a half, and the replacement has nothing to do with the frequency and time of the marking machine.
4. The filter element of the chiller is checked frequently and replaced regularly.
5. When cleaning the mirror surface of the laser marking machine, only use more than 98% alcohol to wash it with a cotton swab, and wipe it lightly to damage the mirror coating.
6. The laser marking machine should be strictly prevented from bumping to avoid damage to the internal lens.
7. Special personnel should be arranged for the use and maintenance of laser marking machine.
